Before this he also founded an online finance platform, working as Chief Technical Officer. Rob has a broad knowledge of internet business, as well as traditional and interactive marketing. |

In 2009, he finished his doctorate dissertation, "Ripple Effect" about Word-of-Mouth Marketing. Before joining trnd in 2006, Martin worked for the Grey Global Group for five years, serving customers like Procter & Gamble, Intershop or Vattenfall Europe. |

Karsten has been with trnd since 2006. He is responsible for operations at trnd AG and is Head of trnd Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Before joining the company, he worked as a freelance designer, programmer and consultant for several years, where his client list included Creative Labs, Hummel or Rollerblade. |

Sven started trnd Spain and trnd France and is General Manager of both countries. Having graduated with a degree in Engineering in Belgium, and a doctorate in Biotechnology in Germany, he worked in International Project Management, Sales, Marketing and Advertising before joining trnd. Born in Belgium, Sven is a French-German citizen and divides his life between Barcelona and Paris. |

Before joining trnd, Juan was in charge of communications in different art and culture projects and events until he landed in Spain, where he was in charge of the execution of alternative marketing campaigns for accounts including Peugeot, CondeNast and BuyVip. |

Stefania is in charge of the operative management of trnd France and of it's commercial development. Former pharmacist, she evolved in the communication sector by learning on the job. Active in the online world since 1992, she has been responsible for web content management for a trilingual film platform, later marketing assistant for a European press agency and finally in charge of communication & development for an international network of insurers. Stefania is Italian, she was born in Belgium and lived in Berlin for several years. |

Before trnd, he studied IT and Management, has been a software architect for several years and an IT consultant in the financial business. Axel is born in Toulouse, South-West of France and is a European Citizen. |

Virginia started trnd Argentina, with Soledad, in the spring of 2010. She is responsible for consulting and operations. Before joining trnd, Virginia started her career in 1993 as Marketing Assistant for IBM Argentina. Four years later she moved agency side, working as Account Supervisor at OgilvyOne, until she was promoted to Managing Director of the Buenos Aires office. In 2004 Virginia moved to Spain and joined CP Proximity Barcelona (BBDO). Virginia has worked with many international brands such as American Express, Danone, Kimberly-Clark, Kraft, Mattel, Panasonic, Sprite and Unilever, among others. |

Sol started trnd Argentina with Virginia in 2010. Sol is responsible for client’s services and acquisition. She studied advertising, photography and graphic design. Sol worked for different companies in Argentina and Spain. In the last ten years she has specialized in online advertising. In Argentina she worked as a photographer and graphic designer for Mapfre (Cesvi), and was responsible for the ad server of Grupo Clarín. In Spain Sol worked as Commercial Manager for Telefónica and as Big Account Director in Anuntis Segundamano. |

Sara joined trnd in 2010, starting the trnd office in Milan. Before that she was working at Jung & Rubicam for clients including Tim, Parmacotto, Sanford Brands and Pioneer Investments. Following that she was Senior Account Manager at Leo Burnett, managing the global marketing activities of Mont Blanc. |

Richard has recently started at trnd. As Managing Director he will be responsible for trnd Benelux. Prior to trnd he has worked in different marketing and project management functions in Retail, IT and Industry. In these roles he has developed a special interest in changing customer behavior. Richard has a master’s degree in Business Administration. |

Zoltán worked in Budapest for 7 years at Grey Advertising, where he was responsible for accounts such as P&G, Vodafone, Masterfoods and GSK. He worked in the marketing department of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare in Budapest between 2002-2010, starting as a Brand Manager for the Hungarian business, and then as a regional Marketing Manager for 10 countries. |
